House Washing - Our cleaning method is very safe both for our employees and your property. As you know, high pressure can cause damage to many surfaces like vinyl, aluminum, stucco and wood. Our low pressure cleaning method allows us to safely and effectively clean all surfaces without the risk of causing damage.

Pressure Washing - Cleaning your roof can increase the lifespan as it prevents the growth of moss and lichen which can dig roots into the shingles and cause it to leak prematurely. The black streaks on your roof are a form of algae known as gloeocapsa magma. The algae creates a fertile area for moss to grow.

Deck & Fence Washing - For both options we use a low pressure cleaning process.

We can clean both composite/ vinyl material as well as wooden decks and fences.

What is the difference between power washing and soft washing?

For our house washing process we rely on a cleaning process known as soft washing which is an alternative to power washing. Many times people ask, what is soft washing and how is it different from power washing?

The simple answer is that soft washing is the process of chemical cleaning versus mechanical cleaning. Power washing is great for certain applications but it is not always the best exterior cleaning solution. We prefer soft washing over power washing for many reasons when it comes to cleaning houses and other delicate surfaces.

Soft washing is our preferred cleaning method for cleaning roofs, vinyl siding, stucco houses, delicate brick surfaces, window seals, soffits and almost all other exterior surfaces.

We use power washing aka pressure washing for cleaning concrete surfaces such as patios, sidewalks, driveways, and pool decks.

Pressure washing used to be the main cleaning method for houses and decks until soft washing was introduced. Soft washing allows us to clean much faster and get much better end results every time. We have been able to remove many different types of stains using our soft washing process.

Another very common question we get is “Can soft washing damage my plants?” This is a good question and a question you should ask every power washing company, the short answer is o, if used correctly. If you over use the cleaning solution or use it responsibly, it could potentially cause damage to your plants. However, our techs are fully trained and certified for safely and effectively soft washing houses.

When we soft wash a house we clean much more than just the siding. We also clean the soffits, gutters, facia, trim, window seals, doors, garage doors, window screens and much more.
